We are seeking an experienced Project Leader/Manufacturing Engineer to plan and execute customer and internal manufacturing projects from start to finish. This role combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with strong project management skills to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.

‍

You will work closely with customers, engineering, assembly, and operations teams to drive results.

4-day work week (2pm-midnight or 3pm-1am) with optional overtime on Fridays

$30/hr to $38+/hr based on experience

$3.00/hr 2nd shift premium

As a Stainless-Steel Welder at LMC, you’ll fabricate, fit, and weld custom stainless-steel assemblies used in food processing, medical, and nuclear industry applications.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–1:00 AM

You'll run one of the most capable machines in our shop.

The OKK HM500 delivers exceptional rigidity, rapid tool changes, and serious productivity.

You'll own the process from setup through final inspection.

You'll own your machine from setup to teardown.

As we grow, we're looking for an Estimator who can help us win the right work at the right price.

The Estimator is responsible for reviewing customer prints, specifications, and RFQs to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for machined parts and assemblies. You'll work closely with our shop floor, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical requirements into quotes that are both winnable for LMC and realistic to produce.
